REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Returns will not be accepted for customers who change their minds after the goods have been shipped. We, as a perishable fresh food company, do not resell returned items and stand to lose the goods in their entirety. So please make sure you contact us to cancel the order at least one day in advance, before the day your goods are due to be shipped.

 

RETURNS

Returns are only applicable to items that are not highly perishable, such as yakiniku sauce, pepper, and salts. We do not accept returns of highly perishable goods such as fresh-cut wagyu yakiniku slices, steaks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a confirmation email will be sent by then, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including the photos as reference. 

When receiving the inquiry, we will investigate immediately and get back to you ASAP with the solution, depending on the circumstances. We guarantee all of our orders in order to reassure you. 

Please make sure to be at your home or workplace upon delivery because if the delivery is missed or left at your location, you will still be responsible for the charges, and no refund will be issued.

As always, eating raw wagyu (i.e, Steak Tartare, Beef Tataki & etc.) is at your own discretion and own risk. We always recommend cooking all food, not just wagyu, but anything you may eat.
